User-selected WAV originals are retained byte-for-byte here. Runtime files in music/ are 22050 Hz 16-bit stereo PCM WAV. Completion in audio/complete.wav is 22050 Hz mono, matching the existing SFX pool. Full durations and loop spans are retained. manifest.json records both source and runtime hashes. npm run build verifies runtime files rather than resynthesizing them; it needs no ffmpeg. To re-export a loop with ffmpeg: ffmpeg -i .audio-sources/play-a.wav -map_metadata -1 -fflags +bitexact -flags:a +bitexact -ar 22050 -ac 2 -c:a pcm_s16le music/play-a.wav . Source assets are excluded from WeChat upload and runtime archives.
